Their Glockenhell is a classic "Helles" as it should be. A high degree of fermentation and appropriate mashing as well as the Hersbruck hops result in a harmonious balance of malt aroma and fine hop bitterness with a pleasantly sparkling taste. With fresh spring water, Franconian malt and hops from the Hersbruck Mountains growing area.
