'The next in their series with LeiMai sees them recreating one of their favourite soft drinks – cherry cola. They put together a grist with plenty of wheat and naked oats for mouthfeel, and chit malt to further boost the body of this low ABV sour. They backed it up with lactose and then whirlpool hopped with Mosaic for notes of blueberry and ripe pineapple to underpin the layers of fruit to come. They went with an even split of sweet and sour cherry to bring the tartness they were looking for, whilst maintaining a juicy sweetness on the back end. As a nod to some of the original ingredients used in cola production, They also added a little vanilla at conditioning stage, before working to bring some distinct cola aromas to complete the experience.'
