Northern Monk have teamed up with Stigbergets and NZ hop growers Hop Revolution to put together a Nelson Sauvin-led DDH IPA. A recipe which started as a blend of our own ‘Heathen’ with Stigbergets’ ‘New & Improved’ before giving it the DDH treatment, the body is heavy on oats for the silkiest possible mouthfeel. We then backed it up with the distinct white grape and gooseberry of Nelson Sauvin and the tropical juiciness of Citra and Mosaic.
