Brewed in collaboration with White Labs Copenhagen. When the White Labs team got in touch about a special yeast they wanted Mondo to try out, they could only think about one style to test it on. Enter stage left their first Triple IPA. This is a grown up TIPA, in the classic West Coast style, making the most of the WLP001-O Organic California Ale Yeast. Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body, along with Dextrose. Columbus hops for bittering. Mosaic and Simcoe in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Columbus, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented with White Lab’s WLP001-O Organic California Ale Yeast.
