Fat Rascal is a 4.2% light mild. Based on the traditional Yorkshire turf cake, and made with almonds and glacé (or ‘candied’) cherries. Fat Rascals emerged in Yorkshire during the 1800s, as a form of tea cake. Charles Dickens references them in a short story of 1859 – and as you may or may not know, Charles Dickens did some of his greatest work in their town of Malton. Certified Gluten Free.
