Hommelbier is an homage to the hop growers of Poperinge. Once a year, these ties are strengthened even more, when we brew this beer using hops that were picked just two days earlier. Hops are harvested just once a year in September, meaning this beer can only be brewed at this time of the year. After the fermentation and the maturing, the beer is ready for sampling
