The Tap Room

The Maison Du Biere Tap Room is located directly next door to the bottle shop. It shares the same opening hours as the shop and is available for private functions on request. The Tap Room is designed around a contemporary wooden theme and has been custom built from scratch to present a warm and comfortable environment to enjoy our selection of  7 delicious beers on tap, with an almost daily rotation of beer types. Drink a tap beer or a bottle from the shop, it’s your decision! We also have a selection of ciders, wine and bar snacks, as well as a bottle fridge with some of our most popular bottled beers. Cloudwater NW DIPA Ekuanot

1 – Double India Pale Ale

Cloudwater – NW DIPA Ekuanot – 9.0%

Cloudwater’s second NW DIPA features a combination of WLP4000 and the 4811th generation of our local JW Lees yeast. Simcoe and Ahtanum were added to the whirlpool with an Ekuanot, Citra BBC, and Citra dry hop.

Freedom Pilsner


Freedom – Pils – 4.4%

A fresh, citrus nose with a balanced hop flavour, very subtle malt and a complex hop finish. Full-bodied and rounded in character.

Thirst Class Ale Kiss My Ace

3 – Pale Ale

Thirst Class Ale – Kiss My Ace – 4.0%

Single hop Sorachi Ace Pale Ale. Brewed for Salford Beer Festival this Pale Ale is packed with lemon and dill flavours with a pleasant bitter finish.

Blackjack Why Me Baby Belgian Pale

BlackJack – Why Me? – Baby Belgian Pale – 4.0%

In a world of DIPAS, IRS, Barrel aged craziness, take a moment to think about the small guy, you know the beers you can just sit back and enjoy. Why me? is the sister of our Small Saison, a baby Belgian packed full of Waimea hops (get it?) and fermented with our hardworking house Belgian Ale yeast.

Acorn Brewery Old Moor Porter

5 – Porter

Acorn – Old Moor Porter – 4.4%

A full bodied victorian style porter with hints of liquorice. The initial bitterness gives way to a smooth, mellow finish.

Don Valley Brewery Hitchcock Blonde Ale

6 – Blonde Ale

Don Valley Brewery – Hitchcock – 3.8%

Named after Alfred Hitchcock’s casting preference for blonde actresses such as Grace Kelly, this is a Blonde Ale with class. Featuring flavours of Citrus, floral & spice.

ShinDigger Summer Fruity Lager

7 – Lager

Shindigger – Summer Fruity Lager – 4.8%

Summer by name, summer by nature. Lager blended with watermelon to make a refreshing, crisp and fruity beer garden beauty!
